Westica and Intracom products are designed for a long life of trouble free operation. However, on occasion a unit can be damaged or require upgrading.
Westica have a fully operational manufacturing and repair facility at their headquarters in Scotland where returned units can be tested, checked and repaired if required. Units are returned to pre-agreed timescales and are covered by an additional repair warranty.
