A key feature of the product line is the use of the latest 1.4GHz technology which enables the equipment to operate in adverse environments and to be rapidly deployed using simple antennas, thereby allowing operators to quickly achieve revenues where otherwise expensive infrastructure would be necessary.
In addition to these systems Westica has also formed a strategic partnership with Intracom Telecom, a major European Telecoms equipment manufacturer based in Greece. This technical and commercial relationship means that Westica can now offer a wide range of high frequency radio products (6GHz through 40GHz) at capacities of up to 2 x 400Mbit/s and Broadband Point to Multi-Point systems at 3.5, 10 26 and 28GHZ.
